Orangeries Made Simple
Our all new Orangery Roof Cassette System is a unique product designed by Quantal to make installing an Orangery quick and simple whilst still enabling you to install a roof which offers a truly bespoke installation.
The complete Orangery Casstte System has been designed to complement the BBA Approved Quantal aluminium roof system and is based upon BBA certified Glulam beams which are pre-constructed into bespoke sized modular cassettes which enable simple and speedy onsite assembly.
3 Stages of Construction
1. The 4 modular cassettes are manufactured to your bespoke requirements and delivered complete and ready to install
2. The modular design allows quick and easy on site construction
3. Once installation is complete any suitable waterproof covering material can be applied to weatherproof the complete roof system
Warm Roof Design Technology
High performance pre-cut insulation panels form part of the modular cassettes and these, along with the thermally broken fixings, allow a U-value of 0.2 to be achieved by the wooden part of the roof, hence passing building control.
This effectively removes the need for through ventilation which can be difficult to achieve efficiently in an orangery roof.

Our bi folding door is the perfect complimentary product for our bi-fold eaves beam. Made from aluminium with polyamide thermal break you are assured of outstanding quality and a coordinated package of products. Bottom running with stainless steel wheels and top rollers with hardened carbon steel bearings the easy glide system allows your door to open to either the left or right. With a total of 36 opening configurations you can create the perfect door for every application. Prefer french or patio doors? No problem we can supply them too.
Why stop at the roof and doors when you can get your frames made to measure from the same supplier? 70mm, 60mm, sculptured, chamfered, A, B or C rated, foiled in a range of colours; whatever you want we can supply it.
